  Marriage Proposal in the Kingdom Hall

  just when you think you've seen it all comes another interesting use of a kingdom hall.a young man serenades his girlfriend with a song (possibly a watchtower song) from the stage through a microphone and backed by recorded music.

  then he steps off the stage and gets down on one knee and proposes as he pulls out a ring from his coat pocket.

  the large projector screen flashes up behind them with a picture of a sapphire and diamond ring.cameras capture the joyous moment as she accepts and they lock together in a loving hug.

  1944 to feb.16, 2018, was a leader of the crystals in theearly '60's.

  the crystals recordings included "uptown," "he's a rebel," "he's sure the boyi love," "da doo ron ron (when he walked me home)," "then he kissed me," "santaclaus is coming to town," etc.

  Incidentally, Jesus rebuked Judas for criticizing Mary on her decision to "waste" some very expensive oil by anointing Jesus with it..

  I remember rushing home from KH meetings on Thursday nights to catch his signature closing hymn:JUST AS I AM.

  "Brother"? Larry Graham of Sly And The Family Stone and Graham Central Station

  i heard a sly and the family stone song a little while ago and out of curiosity, looked up larry graham....the innovator of the slappin and plunkin bass.

  he became a jw about 1975 and was the influence for prince becoming a jw.

  on his official web page is the list of his tour dates this year.
